For the January and July cycle, usually the process of accepting applications starts in April-May and October-November.

It would be purely on the basis of merit. Those who clear the written Exam will appear in interviews. The written exam usually consists of Best Choice Questions. Thereafter, a panel interview will be conducted, and successful candidates will be given a call.
The candidates are required to specify which track they are applying for beforehand.
